For many years there was no alternative set of wheels available for the Tesla Roadster.
We were looking for lighter, bigger and wider wheels; however you cannot find this on the market. That’s why we went to a manufacturer that had the Nurburgring wheels and we adjusted these for the Roadster. The Nurburgring custom alloy wheel, named after the Nurburgring circuit known as “the Ring” by enthusiasts, is located in Nurburg, Germany.
The handling on the road is better and the energy consumption is lesser even when the wheels are wide and bigger.
We offer these complete wheels set with tires so that the new owner only has to exchange them with the old ones.
They manufactured using a highly advanced production technique called Rotary Forging. The rim of the wheels is forged at high pressure while the wheel is spun at high speed. This alters the molecular structure and enhances the strength of the alloy.
The benefit is a much lighter weight than a regular cast wheel. Most importantly, the weight saving is in the outer rim of the wheel which dramatically reduces rotational mass and enhances vehicle performance.
We are especially proud to get this big weight reduction in the rear. You will notice this during driving. It really improves road handling.

The Satin Black is a picture from the installed wheels itself. It is about 20 % matt. If you wish we can do a Tesla Logo instead of the TSW logo. The logo on the Satin black wheels was powder coated as well, but I will replace it with a Tesla logo instead.
